What is Karuna Reiki®?

   Karuna Reiki® is an expression of the evolving nature of Reiki.  The human race is evolving at an accelerated pace, and it seems only logical that the nature of the Reiki energy would continue to evolve, as we are able to accommodate higher frequencies of energy.  Karuna Reiki® was developed by The International Center for Reiki Training (www.reiki.org). 

   Karuna is a Sanskrit word that means compassionate action.  It involves any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others.  If Usui Reiki is the Reiki of universal love, then Karuna Reiki® is the Reiki of universal compassion.  Many of us feel that Karuna Reiki® is the perfect mate or blend for Usui Reiki, somewhat of a ying to the yang of Usui Reiki.  You will know if this is the path for you.  Simply listen to your heart.

   Karuna Reiki Master Class   

Pre-requisite:  Usui Reiki Master

   After completing this class you will be a full Registered Karuna Reiki® Master, able to practice all the techniques and to give all of the attunements.  In this class you will learn:

• Four level one symbols, four level two symbols, and four master symbols.  Description of uses and discussion.

• Two attunements

• Meditations for self-healing and removing blocks to our progress-utilizing the Karuna Reiki® symbols.

• Instruction and practice in giving and receiving Karuna Reiki® treatments using all the symbols.

• Instruction and practice in giving attunements for Karuna Reiki® Practitioner and Master levels.

• Chanting and toning with Karuna Reiki®

   Lots of practice time takes place in class giving treatments using all the symbols along with practicing the attunements so the student leaves class confident of their ability.  Manual included.
